1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spredo AI, Inc. governing your access to and use of the Spredo AI platform, including our website at spredo.ai and app.spredo.ai.

Important Notice

These Terms include an arbitration clause and class action waiver that affects your legal rights.

2. Eligibility

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • If using on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind that organization

3. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Service Description

Spredo provides an AI-powered document analysis platform that allows users to:

  • Upload and analyze multiple documents simultaneously
  • Create custom AI prompts to extract specific information
  • Generate structured analysis results in a spreadsheet interface
  • Collaborate with team members on projects
  • Export results to various formats (Excel, CSV, PDF)

5. Billing and Payments

  • Free plan: Up to 20 documents per month
  • Paid plans billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Price changes notified 30 days in advance
  • Refunds at our sole discretion

6. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your documents and content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

Your Content is Never Used for AI Training

We do NOT use your content to train AI models. Your documents remain private.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • Illegal Activities: Any unlawful purpose
  • Harmful Content: Defamatory, obscene, or abusive content
  • IP Infringement: Content violating intellectual property rights
  • Malicious Code: Viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access systems without authorization
  • Service Abuse: Overloading or disrupting the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spredo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
